During our recent visit to Walt Disney World I wanted to schedule at least one character experience and Donald Duck is my husband’s favorite. So this was a perfect choice. I had being hearing a lot of hype on Topolino’s character breakfast and it lived up to the hype. Topolino’s Terrace is located on the 15th floor of Disney’s Riviera Resort. There is a terrace with amazing views of Walt Disney World Resort. Be sure to take a few minutes to check it out.

First the characters, Mickey and Minnie’s as well as Donald and Daisy. They are all dressed artistic garb and they look SO cute. They are constantly rotating through the tables so everyone has a chance to spend time with each and every character. Once an hour a song is played throughout the restaurant. The characters dance while everyone else is clapping along. So much fun!
Next the food. It was delicious! You start off with an artist’s palette with croissants and mini-muffins along with butter, chocolate spread and a jelly. My favorite was the croissant with chocolate spread. Just yum! I chose the Quiche Gruyère and it was so good. I enjoyed every last bite. My husband got the Wood-Fired Steak and Eggs which was delish too. He also enjoyed a Zero-Proof Riviera Spicy Bloody Mary.

The cost of the character dining is $49 per person for adults. We had a fun and very tasty breakfast. The crowd was mostly families with young kids but there were plenty of adults only tables as well. Because the Riviera is on the Skyliner we planned a day at Hollywood Studios after breakfast. It was a relaxing way to head off into the park! I highly recommend Topolino’s Terrace Character breakfast. You won’t be disappointed!
